Refund Policy
Fair and transparent refund handling for CoreLink projects.
At CoreLink, we are committed to delivering high-quality website development and digital solutions that align with our clients’ needs. While we strive for complete satisfaction, we understand that refund requests may arise. This policy is designed to ensure fairness and clarity for both parties.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:
Project Cancellation
If a client cancels the project before any development work has started, they will be eligible for a full refund. If the project is canceled after work has begun, a partial refund may be provided based on the amount of work completed.
Failure to Deliver
If CoreLink does not fulfill agreed-upon services or fails to meet project milestones within the specified timeframe, the client may request a refund. Any approved refund will be proportional to the incomplete portion of the project.
Unsatisfactory Deliverables
If the client is not satisfied with the delivered work, they must notify CoreLink in writing within 7 days of delivery. We will make reasonable efforts to address the concerns. If a resolution cannot be achieved, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
Technical Issues
If technical problems occur due to errors in our development process and cannot be resolved, a refund may be granted for the affected portion of the service.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after the project has started
- Delays caused by the client, including failure to provide required materials, feedback, or approvals on time
- Services that have been fully completed and accepted by the client
- Costs related to third-party services such as domain registration, hosting, or premium tools and plugins
Refund Process
- Submit a written request via email with a clear explanation of the issue
- CoreLink will review the request and respond within 7 business days
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method
